Shredding instead of wiping
Do your old computers contain highly sensitive data, and would you prefer us to remove and shred your hard drives or SSDs instead of wiping them? No problem. We have an in-house shredder specifically designed for the destruction of hard drives. Data carriers are shredded into tiny fragments of just 9 to 11 millimeters – completely destroyed!
However, when selling computers to us along with physical destruction of data carriers, the overall value of the computers decreases. This is because we need to replace the data carrier. Before we can make the computers suitable for reuse, new data carriers need to be installed, which incurs additional costs.
