WEEELABEX / CENELEC

In the Netherlands, the WEEELABEX certificate is mandatory for electronic waste processors. The abbreviation WEEELABEX stands for Waste from Electric and Electronic Equipment Label of Excellence – quite a mouthful indeed. In the Netherlands, WEEE is also referred to as AEEA (Afgedankte Elektrische en Elektronische Apparatuur). With the WEEELABEX certificate, a processor can demonstrate compliance with the requirements of CENELEC-50625.

WEEELABEX-certified companies guarantee the highest quality in electronics processing.
